Wednesdays - Term Time​

5:40 - 6:20pm (40m) - Stage 1 Junior: Ages 6-8yrs

6:25 - 7:05pm (40m) - Stage 2 Experienced: Ages 7-10yrs

7:10 - 7:55pm (45m) - Stage 2/3 Beginner: Ages 11-15yrs

8:00 - 8:45pm (45m) - Stage 3 Experienced: Ages 11-15yrs

 

Thursdays - Term Time​

5:40 - 6:20pm (40m) - Stage 1 Beginner: Ages 7-10yrs

6:25 - 7:05pm (40m) - Stage 2 Experienced: Ages 7-10yrs

7:10 - 7:55pm (45m) - Stage 2/3 Beginner: Ages 11-15yrs

8:00 - 8:45pm (45m) - Stage 3 Experienced: Ages 11-15yrs

Beginner = Little or no previous experience in gym or Acro/nervous students

Experienced = Must have previous experience in gym or Acro/confident

COSTS:

Trial class = £11

40 minutes = £106 per 10 week term

45 minutes = £120 per 10 week term

​

Classes are capped at 12 students.

​

WHAT TO WEAR:

Students must wear a black leotard of any style and black LDA Acro shorts.

The shorts and a leotard option are available through the UNIFORM WEBSITE.​​

​

LDA hoodies, tracksuits etc are able to be worn for warm up only.
